Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorized third party, you must notify duit99 immediately via live chat or email.
duit99 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory obligations and internal security procedures, we require all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

Withdrawal Delays: If you fail to submit requested KYC documents within 30 days of the request, duit99 reserves the right to suspend your Account and return deposited funds (minus any bonuses) to the original payment method.
duit99 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP), and e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method and banking hours.
Minimum and Maximum Deposits: Deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. Standard minimum deposits start from Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits are in place for security purposes and may be increased upon request for verified VIP players.

You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Processing Times: duit99 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes during WIB business hours (09:00–17:00 WIB, Monday–Friday). Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required.
Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be rejected.
Withdrawal Fees: duit99 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own transaction fees which are outside duit99's control.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. If a User has deposited via multiple methods, withdrawals will be processed proportionally to the deposit sources. duit99 reserves the right to request additional documentation or refuse a withdrawal if we suspect the Account is being used for money laundering purposes.
If your withdrawal request is declined, you will receive an email or in-platform notification explaining the reason. Common reasons include incomplete KYC, active bonus wagering requirements, or mismatched payment account details.
duit99 may offer bonuses, cashback, free spins, or other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms & conditions which will be displayed on the promotion page or communicated via email or SMS.
Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus funds and any associated winnings become available for withdrawal. Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on duit99 are subject to acceptance by our system. duit99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases where we suspect fraudulent activity, technical errors, or odds manipulation.
Bet Settlement: Sports bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, ATP). Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories such as iTech Labs and GLI.
Obvious Errors: If duit99 identifies an obvious error in odds, game results, or bet settlement (for example, odds displayed as 100.00 instead of 1.00 due to a technical glitch), duit99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings derived from obvious errors will not be honored.
Voided Bets: In the event a sports match is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bets may be voided and stakes returned in accordance with our sportsbook rules. For togel (lottery) draws, if an official draw does not occur, all bets on that draw will be voided.
Maximum Winnings: duit99 may impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types or game categories. These limits are communicated in the respective game rules or promotion terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for Account verification, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where you have opted in), and compliance with legal obligations.
duit99 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and duit99 cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
